A newly opened Italian restaurant honors one of the oldest and most beloved pasta dishes – lasagna. The classic is made from scratch every day at Tommy Lasagna, a glass-fronted eatery where the mozzarella is hand-pulled and Chef Thomas Mosera can be seen rolling fresh dough on the Italian marble countertop in an open kitchen. Varieties of the titular layered specialty include one version with black truffles and porcini and another brimming with farm-fresh greenmarket vegetables.
